一、Leica DM2500 M金相顯微鏡(德國(guó)徠卡全手動(dòng)正置型)主要特點(diǎn)
1、可選配帶角度調(diào)節(jié)的目鏡筒，大大降低操作者的疲勞。
2、目鏡視野直徑22mm。
3、物鏡直徑32mm，使光通量提高了40%，擁有更高的分辨率和景深。
4、物鏡轉(zhuǎn)換手動(dòng)控制。
5、可升級(jí)選配變倍器，有1.5X、1.6X、2X三種可選。
6、明場(chǎng)、暗場(chǎng)、偏光、干涉觀察方式手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換。
7、孔徑光闌檔位與物鏡倍數(shù)對(duì)應(yīng)，以不同顏色精確標(biāo)記，更快速恢復(fù)工作狀態(tài), 視場(chǎng)光闌檔位與目鏡的視野數(shù)對(duì)應(yīng)，另有暗場(chǎng)檔位，相機(jī)靶面尺寸檔位。
8、機(jī)身采用反向溫度補(bǔ)償技術(shù)，有效降低了因發(fā)熱造成的焦平面漂移。
9、具有4位濾色鏡架插槽，可以同時(shí)插入四種不同色的濾色鏡在待插入位置，既隨時(shí)推入拉出，有可防灰塵進(jìn)入光路。
10、具有聚焦高度限位裝置，防止樣品碰到物鏡。
11、可選配徠卡原裝顯微鏡數(shù)碼成像裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)全部的本廠配置，達(dá)到整體和諧。
